This exciting 12-month learnership programme is designed to equip young people with workplace skills, accredited training, and practical experience in the financial services and insurance sector.

Who can apply for Santam Learnership Programme?
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Must have a Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
- Minimum 50% pass mark in English and a Second Language
- Minimum 40% in Mathematics OR 60% in Mathematical Literacy
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be unemployed
- Must be between 18 and 28 years old
- Must not be studying at any institution during the learnership period
- Must not have previously participated in a Short-Term Insurance Learnership through INSETA
- Must have less than one (1) year of work experience
- Applicants living with disabilities must submit a medical note confirming the nature of the disability
Who cannot apply?
You will not qualify if you:
- Have a post-matric qualification (Higher Certificate, Diploma, Degree, Honours, etc.)
- Are currently studying towards a post-matric qualification
- Have more than one year of work experience
