Key Role:
The Administrative Intern will provide administrative and operational support to the Power & Energy business unit. This role is designed for entry‑level candidates with no prior work experience, offering hands‑on exposure to a professional consulting environment and the opportunity to build foundational workplace skills while supporting energy and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the project team
- Assist with document control, filing, record‑keeping, and data management
- Support project coordination activities, reporting, and scheduling
- Assist with meeting arrangements, correspondence, and internal communication
- Maintain accurate records in line with company processes and systems
- Support the team with day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks

- Role model standards for SHEQ performance and behaviour consistent with the company’s health, safety, environmental and quality vision and policies
- Contribute to the identification of SHEQ risks and support Zero Harm initiatives

Qualifications
- Minimum National Diploma in Administration or related qualification
- No prior work experience required
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a professional team environment
