Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum N6 certificate, diploma or degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments
  • Understanding of South African employment legislation including the BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA and B-BBEE requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

Successful applicants will assist with:

  • Updating employee records and internal HR databases
  • Preparing human resources reports
  • Supporting recruitment and employee onboarding
  • Maintaining employee files and administrative records
  • Organising company events and career days
  • Assisting with the annual B-BBEE audit
  • Supporting organisational development initiatives
  • Participating in employee wellness programmes
  • Responding to HR-related enquiries and referring employees to the appropriate personnel
  • Assisting the HR Manager and Transformation Executive with assigned projects
