Armscor Senior Administrator Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)

National Diploma in any of the following fields:

  • Business Administration
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Public Administration
  • Related qualification

Added Advantage:

  • A qualification in Paralegal Studies or Compliance

Experience Required

Candidates should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in executive support, office administration, or coordination roles
  • Experience preparing governance reports and executive briefing materials
  • Experience managing workflows, stakeholder coordination, and office systems

• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory reporting processes (advantageous)

• Experience with records management and digital administration systems

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Bid Committee Administrative Support

  • Preparing committee agendas, minutes, decisions, and reports
  • Uploading signed documents and declarations on SharePoint
  • Managing bid registers and committee records
  • Monitoring bid submissions and reporting on procurement matters
  • Maintaining bid-related documentation for future reference

Supply Chain Management Support

  • Compiling reports, memos, letters, and submissions
  • Supporting SCM compliance and bid committee processes
  • Ensuring procurement documentation is complete and accurate
  • Managing internal communication and filing systems
  • Following up on bid processes to improve turnaround times
