Tiger Brands WIL Programme Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Support project-related work
  • Assist in solving business and project-related problems
  • Work with cross-functional teams on Work Integrated Learning (WIL) projects
  • Support Brand Managers in developing marketing and consumer-driven strategies
  • Assist in planning and managing brand promotional activities
  • Help manage budgets, purchase orders, and monthly budget tracking
  • Handle category administration and daily support tasks
  • Work with approved agencies to execute brand plans and deliverables

Tiger Brands WIL Programme Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related commercial qualification
  • South African citizenship or legal work authorization
  • Less than one year of full-time work experience in their field of study
  • Willingness to work in Isando or relocate if necessary
  • Passion for learning and workplace development
