Placement: Cape Town or Johannesburg.
Must have any of the following:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Data Science or Computer Science
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Information Systems
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Analytics
- Diploma in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
- Postgraduate Diploma in Data Analytics
- Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or IBM Data Science Professional Certificate
Contact Centre and Agent Support Learnership
Placement: Cape Town or Johannesburg
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (matric)
- Ability to communicate in English (read, write, and speak) – Essential.
- Age 18 – 30 years old
Commercial and Strategy Internship
Placement: Cape Town or Johannesburg.
Must have any of the following:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Business Management
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, Sales, or Economics
- Honours in Business Economics, Sales Management, or Marketing
- Postgraduate Diploma in Commercial Management or Sales
Financial Crimes Learnership
Placement: Cape Town
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (matric)
- Ability to communicate in English (read, write, and speak) – Essential.
- Age 18 – 30 years old
Compliance Internship
Placement: Pretoria or Johannesburg.
Must have any of the following:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Risk Management or Financial Management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or Compliance Management
- Postgraduate Diploma in Compliance Management
- Certificate in Compliance Risk Management (from the Compliance Institute of South Africa)
- Chartered Governance Institute qualifications (for Governance roles)
Human Capital Learnership
Placement: Cape Town or Johannesburg
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (matric)
- Ability to communicate in English (read, write, and speak) – Essential.
- Age 18 – 30 years old
Finance Internship
Placement: Cape Town or Johannesburg.
Must have any of the following:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance
- Bachelor of Accounting Science (BAccSci)
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) – Level 1 (Entry-Level)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Investment Management
- Honours in Financial Management or Accounting
- Diploma in Financial Management or Accounting (for entry roles)
- Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning (for advisory roles)
Internal Auditing Internship
Placement: Cape Town or Johannesburg.
Must have any of the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Internal Auditing, Auditing, or Accounting (Essential)
- BCom in Internal Auditing (Essential)
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) qualification (optional but highly valued!)
- Honours in Internal Auditing (a bonus!)
Legal Internship
Placement: Cape Town
Must have any of the following:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
- BCom Law or BA Law (pre-LLB qualification for further study)
- Practical Legal Training (PLT) certificate from the Law Society
- Admission as an attorney or advocate (for those who’ve completed their practical training)
Compliance Learnership
Placement: Pretoria or Johannesburg
