Role Overview
As a Research Intern, you’ll support the Customer Experience Operations team in executing the Voice of Customer (VOC) Program. This involves ensuring data quality, operational efficiency, and seamless project execution.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- 6–12 months of market research and/or operations experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
- A desire to learn and a teachable spirit.
- Based in Johannesburg is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Research
- Assist in designing and implementing market research projects (surveys, focus groups, interviews).
- Manage data collection, cleaning, and analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive research reports and presentations.
Operations
- Maintain project databases, records, and documentation.
- Develop and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Project Management
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and address challenges proactively.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales and marketing.
