Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12 with English, Maths, and Physical Science
- Technical Grade 12
- Grade 10 with Full N2 (four engineering subjects)
- NCV Level 3 with Maths and relevant technical subjects

- Pass aptitude or psychometric assessments
- Complete a formal interview
- Be medically fit for underground work
