Job description
Existential literacy in the following areas
HR Information Systems optimisation
- Analyse and report on the need for HR information systems optimisation
- Help and give input in determining business conditions; insure that functionality of all HRIS is utilised and optimised completely to meet HR Department’s and client needs
- Insure all HR information systems are biddable with data protection legislation
- Maintain, corroborate and control stoner functionality and situations( where applicable with ICT)
- Help in process standardisation, effectiveness advancements continuously seek ways of perfecting systems
- Help the HR Shared Services to develop provocations for system advancements and developments
Change operation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and service providers on HR information systems related queries, crimes and improvement requests
- Analyse business processes; using operations and systems knowledge recommend changes utilising automated processes, workflow in HR information systems
- Support all HR information systems upgrades and advancements, insure business conditions are duly scoped and stoner acceptance testing is conducted
- Test all system changes and advancements in Development; insure accurate functionality before moving to product with the backing of ICT where needed
- Document and follow proper change control procedures
- Give support with all systems perpetration projects
Stoner Support
- Give first- line system, specialized, functional and other support to druggies, probing issues endured
- Support stoner acceptance testing of end druggies; explain system changes, advancements, insure rigorous testing is conducted to insure advancements meet business conditions
- Give stoner training in a group setting/ or on a one- on- one base
Workflow and business processes
- Identify and design effective workflow and business processes in response to client requirements; fastening on robotization where possible for blessing by the administrator
- Share in policy and procedure reviews and identify counteraccusations for systems advancements and implantation
Analytics
- Design, develop and maintain dashboards, cautions and reports of crucial HR criteria to cover and estimate delivery of Mintek people operations
- Develop and maintain announcement hocs reports to give HR and other stakeholders with timely and accurate data

Minimal Conditions
- Minimal Honours in Information Systems, Data Science or Computer Science or master’s degree preferable in the affiliated field
- Introductory experience working with HR information systems
- Working knowledge of business processes
- Be suitable to learn understand introductory legislation and programs
- Implicit to learn HR criteria and HR processes
- Be suitable to acquire knowledge of HR Information systems
- Design operation chops
