About the Learnership
The Plant Production Learnership is a structured training programme that combines classroom literacy with real- world agrarian experience. Over the course of 8 to 12 months, learners will develop vital capabilities in factory civilization, soil wisdom, pest operation, and ultramodern agrarian ways.
Training will be conducted at the Kroonstad Lot of Flavius Mareka TVET College, furnishing access to quality literacy installations and expert mentorship. Successful actors will admit an NQF position 3 qualification, equipping them for employment in the agrarian sector or to start their own husbandry gambles.
Minimal Conditions
- Must be jobless at the time of operation.
- Must be a South African citizen progressed between 18 and 35 times.
- Must hold a Grade 12 Certificate
- A background or former exposure to husbandry will serve as an added advantage.
Needed Documents
- A comprehensive CV.
- Firstly certified clones of ID and qualifications (not aged than three months).
- Evidence of residence.
- ID dupe of next of kin.
Note: Only complete operations will be considered, and shortlisted campaigners may be needed to attend interviews as part of the selection process.
