Apply for the Hand-Picked Professional Farming Programme This is a six-month, skills development programme based in Hammarsdale (KZN) & Kenilworth (Cape Town), designed to equip young South Africans with the tools. Knowledge and hands-on experience to thrive in modern horticulture.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Be 18 – 33 years old
  • Be currently unemployed
  • Hold a valid South African ID
  • Have a tertiary qualification in Agriculture
  • Be based in Hammarsdale (and surrounds) or Cape Town and able to travel to your job placement
