- Successfully complete all theoretical literacy, practical training and chops assessments
- Complete attestation for the required experience structure( Logbook, Chops, Training records)
- Maintain a safe working terrain( according to safety policy and procedures)
- Effective communication, good geste , and cooperation
- Achieve KPI’s and individual balanced scorecard.
- Effective tone- operation and performance power. Accurate reporting on task completed.
- Factors driver( Qualify on certain element form)
Qualification, Experience and capabilities
- Grade 12/ N3 with Pure Mathematics
- Grade 12/ N3 with English minimum pass 50
- N3/ N4 with applicable proposition (Motor/ Diesel/ Electrical) will be an added advantage.
- Technician for the world instrument ( T4W) will be an added advantage.
- Computer knowledgeable will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with introductory hand tools and their functionality.
- Experience in working in a factory or laboratory with hand tools will be an advantage.
- Know and understand some introductory vehicle factors and corridor.
- Willing to work long hours (overtime/ Weekends)
- capabilities Basic numeracy chops; good logical chops; delicacy and attention to detail; good time operation; sound communication chops and platoon player
- Valid driver’s licence( Code 10 license will be an advantage)
