Recruitment of unemployed youth for the tourism graduate recruitment programme

Are you passionate about tourism and the environment? This could be for you!

Selection Criteria:

  • South African citizens aged between 18-35

Tertiary qualification in Tourism, Hospitality, or conservation

  • Degree, National Diploma, or N6
  • Certified copies of Qualification certificates required
  • Include any other relevant Certificates
  • Certificate copy of ID
  • Proof of residence
  • Able to work flexible hours (including weekends and public holidays and when required).
  • Passionate about Tourism and Hospitality, and eager to grow in the sector
  • Incomplete applications or those with missing documents will not be consider.

Participating sites:

Participants will be placed with host employers within their nearest home towns.

  • Department of tourism Gauteng
  • Department of tourism Kwazulu-Natal
  • Department of tourism Limpopo
  • Department of tourism Mpumalanga
  • Department of tourism Northern Cape
  • Department of tourism Western Cape
  • Department of tourism North West

Due Date: 26 September 2025 (23:59)

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Allowance: R5.000 – R7000 per month
