Sedibeng TVET College- Vanderbijlpark Lot is looking for 4 Hospitality Trainees who can be appointed to work in the kitchens to help Hospitality speakers.
Qualifications Needed
- Must have passed all subjects for Hospitality N6 or NC( V) L4
- A Valid driver’s license will be an added advantage)
Skills needed
- Capability to work as part of a platoon.
- Capability to follow instructions.
- Good communication chops.
- Client service chops.
- High norms of hygiene.
- Capability to work under pressure
Duties and Liabilities
- Manage training in the kitchen.
- Control stock (outfit in the kitchen)
- Responsible for cleanliness of the kitchens, boardroom, and Auditorium
- Prepare constituents for practical cuisine sessions
- Help speakers during practical cuisine sessions
- Prepare for functions( Venues and set up food stations for function)
- Help with buying of constituents.
- Any other duty allocated to as the need arises.
