About the Programme
Kagiso Trust is committed to youth development and skills transfer by providing recent graduates with an opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience. The 12-month internship programme is open to unemployed South African youth between the ages of 18 and 35.

Duties: Impact fund management, socio-economic programme design, business valuation, stakeholder management
2. Programme Management & Research Intern

Duties: Administer PMO documentation, conduct research, organize programme meetings, digitization support
3. Policy Development Intern

Duties: Policy tracking, drafting key documents, advocacy coordination
