EPWP Law Enforcement Officers Project Description
Breede Valley Municipality (BVM) seeks to attract and recruit qualifying beneficiaries to participate in its Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) for Law Enforcement Officers. The project offers contract-based employment until 30 June 2026, providing valuable work experience to unemployed individuals residing within the municipality.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this EPWP opportunity, applicants must:
- Have a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
- Be a South African citizen
- Be unemployed and not registered on any other learnership or internship
- Be registered on BVM’s job-seeker database
- Reside within the Breede Valley Municipal Area
- Have a valid B driving license
- Possess an Accredited Peace Officer and Traffic Warden Certificate
- Have no criminal record
- Be able to speak at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape
