Purpose of RAF 2026 Learning & Development Internship Programme

  • Develop youth skills through workplace experience

RAF 2026 Learning & Development Internship Programme Key Responsibilities

Applicants will:

  • Assist with skills development administration
  • Support induction programmes and training preparation
  • Prepare research documents
  • Assist with reports and data (Workplace Skills Plan)
  • Support learner & intern programmes
  • Perform general office administration

Minimum Requirements for RAF 2026 Learning & Development Internship Programme

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • HR Advanced Diploma or Degree
  • South African ID

  • ETDP Certificate (NQF Level 4/5) or SDF
