  • Mercedes-Benz South Africa (MBSA) is offering a unique development opportunity for recently qualified graduates, who desire to be an integral part of the MBSA talent pool.

What are the criteria?

  • Grade 12 – Matric
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification, with a minimum average pass mark 65%
  • The requirement is to have a completed qualification

Qualifications

Who can apply?

  • Candidates who have recently graduated within the last 3 years
  • A South African Citizen

Recently qualified graduates, (with a Diploma (NQF L6)/Degree or Advanced Diploma (NQFL7) or relevant equivalent Tertiary qualification), in the following career streams:

  • Information Technology or Computer Sciences
  • Accounting or Financial Management
  • Business Studies (Marketing and Sales related)
  • Business Management (Business Processes/ Project Management/ Business Administration/ Banking / Cost & Management / Customs / Tax)
  • Logistics Management
  • Data Science, Analytics and Informatics
  • Social Sciences and Business Management (Processes, Policy and Governance, Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Sociology, Diversity studies)
  • LLB (1-year post admission experience)
