Job Description
Are you passionate about erecting a career in HVAC? We’re looking for 3 motivated individualities to join our 2026 HVAC Apprentice Program and gain hands- on experience in marketable heating, ventilation, and air- exertion systems( HVAC). You’ll work under the guidance of educated assiduity HVAC Specialist, aiding in repairs, conservation, and installations while completing your formal trade qualification.
Key Liabilities:
As our HVAC Apprentice, you’ll gain the applicable assiduity experience including but not limited to
- Complying with Health and Safety Conditions – Follow safe working practices, maintain a clean work terrain, and use outfit responsibly.
- Help in Repairs and conservation – Help form or replace HVAC factors, test connections for leaks, and perform precautionary conservation.
- Installation Support – help with installing air tubes, faucets, boasters, and other system factors.
- Outfit conservation – Support routine servicing, cleaning, and part reserves as needed.
- General Site Preparation – Set up work areas, clean up after tasks, and maintain tools in good condition.
- Team Support – Work alongside elderly technicians, learning stylish practices and developing crucial specialized chops.
Experience
- Minimal 2- years’ experience working experience within the Service HVAC Assiduity
Qualifications
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or Science
- Valid Driver’s Licence older than 1 year
- Achieved Nated Qualifications N5 in either Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical

To qualify, you must:
- Be available to start in January 20260
- Willing to travel to Paarl to attend theoretical and practical training for 6 consecuitive months over a 3 years period.
- Have a valid SA ID
- Meet the minimal criteria indicated above;
- Commit to a 4- years literacy program;
- Haven’t preliminarily completed learnerships apprentices or in process of completing either programs;
- Be between 20 – 30 years of age;
- Complete and pass our Placement faculty Evaluation Test
- Attend a Panel Interview
- Have no former Felonious Record or persuasions
