Capricorn TVET College is offering a Hotel Services internship at Polokwane Campus. It’s a chance to get real work experience, grow your chops, and start a strong career in the food and service field.
Programme Details
The internship runs for 24 months and provides both training and plant exposure. Campaigners will get practical literacy in food medication, client service, and event support.
Who Can Apply?
Aspirants must be former scholars of Capricorn TVET College. You need either a Hospitality Studies Certificate Level 4 or a National Diploma in Hospitality Studies. Computer chops are important, and strong communication with a client service mind-set is demanded. Creativity and invention will give you an advantage.
Allowance
- Hospitality Certificate Level 4: R3 500 per month
- National Diploma in Hospitality Studies: R5 000 per month
This support allows campaigners to concentrate completely on training and particular growth.
Duties and Liabilities
During the internship, actors will:
- Make menus and cook refections for staff and scholars.
- Help with events and functions at the council.
- Keep the cafeteria clean and follow hygiene rules.
- Check and order stock when demanded.
- Handle payments and balance plutocrat daily.
These tasks are designed to give you broad experience to hospitality operations.
