ALPLA South Africa is presently sourcing campaigners to join our association as part of our 4 time Apprenticeship Programme. We’re looking for motivated, dynamic, and passionate individualities who are eager to learn and grow within a global manufacturing terrain. Successful campaigners will share in a structured internship programme for over to 4 times, grounded at our Lanseria installation.

What makes you great:

  • Grade 12/ Matric with Mathematics> 50( calculi- knowledge not applicable) and Physical wisdom> 50.
  • Engineering studies with applicable trade proposition in N2- N3 Mechanical/ Electrical.
  • NCV Level 2- 4 affiliated engineering studies at a TVET council.
  • N3 and above in Engineering studies will be profitable.
  • CV’s with statement of results or qualifications will be considered.

We are looking for motivated, dynamic, and passionate individuals who are eager to learn and grow within a global manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will participate in a structured apprenticeship programme for up to 4.5 years, based at our Lanseria facility.

What makes you great

  • Grade 12 / Matric with Mathematics > 50% (Maths-literacy not applicable) and Physical Science >50%.
  • Engineering studies with relevant trade theory in N2-N3 Mechanical / Electrical.
  • NCV Level 2-4 related engineering studies at a TVET college.
  • N3 and above in Engineering studies will be advantageous.
  • CV’s with statement of results or qualifications will be considered.
