Minimum Requirements            

Education:

  • N4 qualification
  • N5 and above qualification will be an advantage.

Physical Requirements:

  • Candidates must be medically fit and capable of performing physical work as required by the role.

Duties & Responsibilities:          

As an Engineering Apprentice at RCL Foods, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn on the Job: Gain hands-on experience working on machinery and equipment used in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Develop Technical Skills: Understanding the engineering process that support the day-to-day operations of RCL Foods manufacturing units.
  • Troubleshoot and Maintain Equipment: Work closely with senior Engineers to identify, diagnose, and solve equipment malfunctions, ensuring a smooth running operation.
  • Work with Cutting-Edge Technology: Be part of a forward-thinking team, utilizing the latest in engineering technology methods.
  • Collaborate with Industry Experts: Learn from seasoned engineers and become proficient in the best industry practices.
