Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and updating social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
- Come up with new engaging content, for our designer to execute, including videos, and blog posts.
- Monitor and respond to online enquiries and comments.
- Support digital campaigns to promote hospital services and awareness initiatives.
- Take direction from senior staff.
- Track and analyse social media and website performance metrics.
- Regularly work with our advertising agency and their designers.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and suggest innovative ideas.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
- Excellent communication and writing skills across multiple local languages.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- An understanding and interest in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
