    Key Performance areas

    • Procurement Sourcing Process: Learn how to source suppliers and materials while adhering to company policies.
    • Processing Orders: Develop skills in creating and managing purchase orders.
    • CSD Report Compilation: Gain experience in preparing Central Supplier Database (CSD) reports, which are essential for procurement.
    • Order Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling procurement orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Managing Outstanding Documents: Help request and track outstanding documentation, including CSD reports, and manageexpired BEE certifications from suppliers.
    • Tender Process Participation: Learn the tender submission process, a key component in public procurement, through ETenders and Sasria’s internal eProcurement portal.
    • Matching Travel Invoices: Reconcile travel invoices to ensure accurate payments and budget management.
    • Courier Services Management: Oversee and manage the logistics of courier services within the organization.
