  • Performing administrative tasks and supporting daily activities in the HR department.
  • Updating employee records.
  • Assist on Screening resumes.
  • Scheduling interviews.
  • Gaining exposure to various HR functions like payroll, recruitment, and employee development.
  • Assist on Posting and removing job advertisements.
  • Collecting pertinent payroll data.
  • Streamlining HR operations for a smooth workflow.
  • Assist with background checks on shortlisted candidates.
  • Assisting on improving HR policies.

Required Skills

  • Bcea: 1 year or less
  • Labour Relations Administration
  • Understanding Of HR Principles : 1 year or less

Candidate Requirements

  • Obtained N6 qualification in Human Resources Management – and or University National Diploma in Human Resources Management required to complete on the job training as inservice / Internship.  
  • Working independently.
  • Working on MS office.
  • Having interpersonal skills.
