Requirements:
- Unemployed graduates in the fields of Accounting, Economics, Management Accounting, and Auditing are invited to apply.
- The Municipal Finance Management Internship Programme (MFMIP) aims to assist municipalities in enhancing their capacity to implement municipal finance reforms, particularly under the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA).
- The internship will provide interns with the necessary skills and knowledge in strategic planning, municipal budgeting, and finance management.
- Successful applicants will be placed within the Budget and Treasury Office and may rotate to other relevant units to gain comprehensive experience.
- Interns will receive a stipend and will be mentored throughout the program.
- Internship Agreement will be signed upon successful selection.
