Minimum Requirements

Key Responsibilities
During the programme, your duties will include:
- Filing and managing electronic and manual documents
- Handling SETA document queries
- Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Supporting training sessions, projects, and learners
- Assisting with CRM system uploads
- General office administration and switchboard duties
- Answering and transferring calls professionally
- Booking and setting up appointments
