Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of SHEQ systems.
- Support the development and delivery of SHEQ training programs.
- Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Monitor compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of SHEQ performance.
- Assist with audits and inspections.
- Data capturing and analysis.
- General SHEQ administration tasks.
Technical Competencies:
- B Tech: Safety Management or similar qualification.
- Familiarity with the OHS Act, COID Act, and relevant Environmental Legislation.
- Familiarity with SHE Systems, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Behavioral Competencies:
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Adherence to ethical standards, particularly confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
- Positive, diligent, and hard worker.
- High levels of Integrity and Ethics.
