Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa offers a highly successful 1-year Training Program for graduates from diverse fields of study. This program provides young professionsals with a valuable opportunity to acquire practical experience and training. • Detailed CV
• Copy of ID Document
• Copy of Matric Certificate
• Copy of all University Academic Transcripts reflecting the average percentage obtained for the degree
• Qualification Certificate(s)
To Qualify the applicant must obtain: 65% aggregate Engineering Degree, Mechatronics.

Requirements/Eligibility to Apply:
- Applicants must have successfully completed a Degree in one of the below mentioned disciplines with with an overall average percentage of 65% or higher .
- Applicants who have not yet completed their studies will not be considered for the program.
