Minimum Qualifications
- BTech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Matric (with Mathematics and Physical Science)

Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience and will be responsible for a variety of technical tasks, including:
- Providing technical support for the daily operations of the plant.
- Analyzing maintenance inspection feedback and suggesting solutions to address issues and improvements.
- Monitoring weekly plant performance and equipment breakdowns, proposing performance improvement solutions.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities to preserve the maintenance budget.
- Assisting in developing maintenance strategies and repair procedures.
- Conducting root cause analysis of equipment failures and recommending remedial actions.
- Leading and implementing improvement projects.
- Developing quality control plans for equipment repairs.
