About the Pepkor SAICA Training Programme
Pepkor’s CA(SA) training programme provides accounting graduates with practical exposure across the group’s businesses.
The programme includes on-the-job training, real business exposure, mentorship, structured development and performance support, academic support and exam preparation.
Trainees may also gain experience across finance, logistics, retail and corporate operations.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be South African citizens.
- Have a dedicated academic track record.
- Share Pepkor’s passion for people, community impact and its organisational values.
- Be in the process of completing or have completed the relevant postgraduate accounting studies.
Applicants should be completing or have completed:
- BCom Honours degree from an accredited tertiary institution; and
- Postgraduate Diploma in Accountancy (PGDA); or
- Certification in the Theory of Accounting (CTA).
