The Free State Department of Health is inviting qualifying TVET students to apply for 29 Work Integrated Learning opportunities across hospitals, district offices and health facilities in the Free State.
The 18 month programme is available in Hospitality Management, Electrical Engineering, Financial Management, Human Resource Management and Managerial Assistant. Successful applicants will receive a stipend of R83 103 per annum.
Closing Date: 04 September 2026.
About the Programme
The programme gives qualifying TVET students workplace exposure related to their field of study.
Successful learners will perform basic tasks assigned by a mentor in line with their Learner Guide, Workbook or Logbook. Work Integrated Learning appointees must also attend the funded Personal Mastery Course.

- Not have already completed an 18-month Work Integrated Learning
