Finance – 2 Posts
Qualification: National Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management / Accounting

Summary of Duties:
- Compile the budget vs expenditure documents on a regular basis.
- Ensure that filing of cash flow & budget related documents are up to date & correctly done.
- Respond to daily budget & other related queries.
- Payment of claims.
- Dealing with Audit & other queries.
- Sorting & distributing of salary slips.
- Updating payroll certificate reports.
- Checking of payment file before processing.
- Sourcing of quotations.
- Capturing of Requisitions on the system.
- Making follow-ups on outstanding commitments for goods/services & deliveries.
- Verify the items received against the order.
Human Resources Management – 1 Post
Qualification: National Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management

Summary of Duties:
- Assist with construction, installation, and repair of wooden structures including doors, windows, roofing trusses, ceilings, cupboards, partitions, desks, and other fixtures across College sites.
- Conduct routine inspections of classrooms, workshops, and administrative buildings to identify structural defects and maintenance needs.
- Support preventative maintenance programmes to extend the lifespan of facilities infrastructure.
- Assist in interpreting basic building plans and measurements for minor projects.
- Prepare materials lists, cost estimates, and job cards for carpentry-related projects.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of tools and materials.
- Maintain workshop equipment and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
- Compile maintenance reports and update asset maintenance records for college sites.
General Administration – 1 Post
Qualification: National Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Public Management / Administration

- Manage incoming & outgoing mail.
- Assist in administrative support in the Chief Directorate.
- Organise, coordinate, manage & control workflow in the Sub-Directorate.

- Assisting lecturers with the preparation and delivery of lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum.
- Supporting teaching and learning activities in classrooms and community learning centres.
- Providing academic support and guidance to students to improve student performance and retention.
- Assisting in the development, preparation and reproduction of teaching and learning support materials.
- Maintaining accurate student attendance registers, assessment records and other academic documentation.
- Capturing learner information and academic records on relevant College and Departmental systems.
- Supporting student registration, orientation and induction programmes.
- Assisting with invigilation during internal examinations.
- Participating in learner support programmes, career guidance and educational awareness campaigns.
- Assisting with monitoring learner progress and identifying learners requiring additional academic support.
- Supporting curriculum implementation and quality assurance activities.
- Assisting with administrative duties within the Academic Services Unit.
- Participating in College events, outreach programmes and community engagement initiatives.
- Maintaining confidentiality of student and College information and complying with College policies and procedures.
- Performing any other education-related duties assigned by the Supervisor or Centre Manager.
Management / Secretariat – 1 Post
Qualification: National Diploma in Management Assistant

Summary of Duties:
- Diary management.
- Meeting management.
- Arrangement of travelling & accommodation.
- Handle telephone & mail queries.
- Manage incoming & outgoing correspondence.
- Generic front office & reception services.
- Records & archives management (scan files, e-filing, hyperlinking of documents) & other ad-hoc administrative functions.
- Handling of confidential documents.
- Assist with incoming & outgoing correspondence.
Conditions
Applications are hereby invited from suitably and qualified unemployed graduates.
Applications must be submitted on form Z83, obtainable from any Government Department or online at the South African Government website.
All sections of the Z83 form must be completed and signed.

- A comprehensive CV, including recent and contactable referees.
- Certified copies of the applicant’s ID.
- Certified copies of educational qualifications.
The successful candidates will be subjected to a verification of qualifications and Personnel suitability checks.

Failure to submit the required documents will automatically disqualify the applicant.
Applications received after the closing date will not be considered.
Successful candidates will be required to enter into a fixed contract for a period of 24 months.
