Liabilities
Purpose of the part
To support the Distribution Centre (DC) testing platoon in validating functional processes, systems, and structure previous to full- scale launch. Interns will help in testing workflows, establishing issues, relating inefficiencies, and furnishing feedback to ameliorate DC readiness.
Crucial Liabilities
- Share in end- to- end testing of DC processes
- Help in validating system functionality
- Document test results, anomalies, and enhancement suggestions
- Support data collection and analysis for process optimization
- Unite with cross-functional brigades to insure alignment
- Attend daily stand- ups and contribute to feedback circles
- Help in training simulations and on boarding readiness assessments
- Insure compliance with safety and functional protocols during testing.
Qualifications, Chops & Capabilities
- A Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis tools
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Profitable
- Exposure to storehouse or force chain surroundings
- Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems
- Participation in learnerships or work readiness programmes.
