About the YES Programme
The YES Programme is designed to give jobless youthful South Africans the occasion to gain meaningful work experience within the Wits Health Consortium. Through this action, actors are placed in probative executive and functional places where they can learn, grow, and make a foundation for a lasting career.
WHC’s YES Programme is a crucial part of its on-going commitment to youth development and the fight against severance. It provides structured, supervised experience in a professional terrain — helping actors develop both specialized and interpersonal chops that are essential in moment’s job request.

The programme offers 26 fixed- term positions (12 months each) grounded in Gauteng. Successful campaigners will be placed in various departments to gain broad and practical exposure across different functional areas:
- Banking Administrator (x1) – Ref: YES001
- Compliance Administrator (x2) – Ref: YES002
- Fleet Administrator (x1) – Ref: YES003
- Grant Administrator (x8) – Ref: YES004
- Payroll Clerk (x1) – Ref: YES005
- Procurement/IT Administrator (x1) – Ref: YES006
- HR Administrator (x2) – Ref: YES007
- Finance Administrator (x7) – Ref: YES008
- Maintenance Assistant (x1) – Ref: YES009
- Office Assistant (x2) – Ref: YES010
Each of these places provides precious hands- on experience and professional development openings acclimatized to the party’s area of interest.
Minimal Conditions
Aspirants must meet the following minimal conditions:
- Be a Black South African, as defined by the Broad- Grounded Black profitable commission (B- BBEE) Act (African, Coloured, or Indian citizens).
- Be aged between 18 and 29 times.
- Be presently jobless.
- Have no way preliminarily shared in a YES Programme.
- Display a positive station, strong amenability to learn, and commitment to the duration of the programme.
Desirable Educational Qualifications
Depending on the part applied for, campaigners should hold one of the following educational qualifications:

The appointment process will follow the Employment Equity pretensions and plan of Wits Health Consortium.

- All positions are fixed- term ( 12 months) and form part of the YES4Youth public action.
