Invitation for operations from suitably good campaigners to share in the following Technical Apprentice Programmes:
- Electrical/ Mechanical Fitter/ Millwright/ Automotive Motor Mechanic/ Tool Making Welding/ Transportation Electrician and Mechatronics Technician.
About the occasion
The end of the programme is to allow access to Technical/ Trade affiliated Programmes on a full- time base. This programme will be administered by the Technical Learning Academy (TLA) as part of their drive to hoist Specialized Chops within the organisation and the community. This programme is supported by the Union
The Applicant
Must meet the following entry conditions:
- Have Matric with a pass in core Mathematics and Physical Science. Maths knowledge won’t be considered.
- N3 (4 subjects including core Mathematics and Physical Science) or advanced
Campaigners
- Will be canvassed and recommended by an interview panel
- Must elect a field of training as 1ST Choice and 2nd Choice.
- Must be prepared and willing to complete studies on a part- time base.
- Won’t work overtime for the duration of the Technical Programme unless authorized to do so.
Please insure that your operation includes the following:
- Certified Copy of National ID not aged than 3 months.
- Loftiest academy or council qualification( certified dupe not aged than 3 months)
- Full provocation why you wish to join the programme( including favored field of study/ training ( Electrical, Fitting etc)

- You’re working Cell phone number and indispensable Cell phone number
- Current Job Title and SAP number( Applicable for Internal Permanent VW workers)
Note
- Workers who have preliminarily qualified on a TLA internship/ Learnership won’t be considered
- Successful internal campaigners will return to a vacant position, at current position available in product which will be linked by Industrial Engineering at the completion of the programme
- Only online operations via hello success virtual platform will be considered
- Operations must be submitted via the HelloSuccess system.
