Position Purpose
Transnet Freight Rail( TFR) invites suitable, jobless South African graduates between the periods of 18- 35 to apply for a two- time graduate development programme, within colorful functional areas to be handed with both the institutionalised knowledge and on- the- job training to help you make a solid work experience to increase prospects of employability. The programme is structured and guided for twenty- four months and campaigners progress is assessed after every six months to insure that the programme meets the prospects of both the seeker and TFR.
This instigative occasion is aimed at jobless graduates from the Department of Higher Education & Training registered institutions i.e., Universities, Universities of Technology, with a qualification of NQF Level 9 with no previous work experience in their separate field of study.
A two- year graduate development programme will be followed.
Qualifications and Experience
Honours or master’s degree in:
- Ergonomics or Human Factors- CSO
- Human Resource management
- Experience: No previous work experience is needed.
- NB: still, aspirants will suffer a reclamation process, and successful campaigners will be placed in Johannesburg
- Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
