The N3 Risk Concession( N3TC) is offering a 12- month Project Management Learnership (NQF Level 4) designed to equip youth with real- world experience, practical chops, and a recognised qualification — all while contributing to their communities.
Who Should Apply?
This programme is specifically for youth (progressed 18 – 28) who live in municipalities along the N3 corridor. That includes original cosmopolises like:
- Mafube
- Mpofana
- Okhahlamba
- Dipaleseng
- Maluti-a-Phofung
- Inkosi Langalibalele
- Alfred Duma
- Phumelela
- uMngeni

What the Learnership Offers:
Successful aspirants will admit
- National Certificate in Project Management (NQF Level 4)
- Hands- on work experience in real systems
- Chops in communication, planning, leadership, and cooperation

- Relocation to Johannesburg for the duration( covered or arranged by the programme)

Minimal Conditions
You must meet ALL of the following to qualify:
- Be a South African citizen with a valid ID
- live along the N3 Risk Route corridor
- Have a Matric instrument or original
- Be jobless
- Be between the periods of 18 and 28
- Be fluent in English( written and spoken)
- Have introductory computer chops
- Not be enrolled in any other learnership, externship, YES programme, or analogous
- Be available from 1 Nov 2025 to 31 Oct 2026
- Be willing to dislocate to Johannesburg for the programme
