Job Description
iMasFinance, an authorised fiscal services provider, invites operations for a 12- month Debt Recovery Learnership aimed at individualities seeking practical experience with an NQF position 4 qualification. This occasion offers hands- on exposure to crucial debt recovery functions including collections, legal handovers, portfolio operation and stakeholder engagement.
Crucial Literacy Areas Include, But Not Limited To:
- Securing payment commitments from members in arrears
- Managing correspondence and queries related to collections
- Recording member information and collection conditioning
- Administering reclamations and legal processes
- Liaising with valuators, tracers, sheriffs and lien holders
- Supporting attorneys and debt collectors with portfolio and payment processing
- Maintaining professional connections and reporting on progress
Eligibility Criteria
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and/ or Accounting
- Not presently employed or enrolled in any studies
- Open to preliminarily underprivileged youth
- Available to start in November 2025
