We’re looking for a talented Apprentice- Machine Factory Technician to join our platoon specializing in Service for our Distribution Business Member in Steelpoort Limpopo( Assore SA Dwarsrivier Mine)
In this part, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Support Factory Operations: By aiding with general factory conditioning, you’ll help insure smooth and effective operations.
- Maintain Cleanliness and Order: your sweats in cleaning, examining, and disassembling will contribute to a safe and systematized work terrain.
- Master Repair: ways Learning Standard Repair Times (SRTs) and following procedures will enable you to perform introductory repairs and conservation effectively.
- Accurate Documentation: aiding with attestation, similar as work completed forms and time wastes, will insure accurate record- keeping and data operation.
- Skill Development: Completing training aligned with skill and business conditions will enhance your capabilities and value to the platoon.
- Tool and Equipment: Care Maintaining cleanliness and proper operation of tools will protract their lifetime and insure they’re always ready for use.
- Health and Safety Compliance: clinging to Health, Safety & Environmental programs and procedures will help maintain a safe plant and help incidents.
- Visionary Reporting: Reporting any issues or incidents to your administrator will contribute to nonstop enhancement and problem- working within the factory.
Liabilities
To be successful in this part you’ll need the following:
- Proficiency in Product form and conservation Efficiently form and maintain mechanical/ electrical products, disassemble and assemble machines or power creators, and check and replace corridor to minimize client costs.
- Strong Mechanical Knowledge Demonstrate knowledge of Cummins and assiduity norms, misbehave with safe work procedures, and apply mechanical principles to diagnose and repair products safely and efficiently.
- Effective Diagnostics Application Translate client complaints into troubleshooting plans, use technical outfit and software to insulate and repair issues, validate repairs, and document results for payment and literal shadowing.
- Valid motorist’s License insure you have a valid motor vehicle motorist’s license to meet the job conditions.
Education/ Experience:
- A National Senior Certificate (NSC) from the South African governmental school system, known as the current matriculation (matric) certificate with grade 12 as the matriculation grade, plus
- A N3 (Nated certificate) Engineering studies certificate with subjects passed in
- Mathematics, Engineering Science, Engineering Drawing, Diesel Trade Theory/ Motor Trade Theory/ Mechanotechnology, plus
- A N4 (Nated certificate) Engineering studies certificate with subjects passed in
- Mathematics, Engineering Science, Mechanical Draughting and Mechanotechnics. Plus
- A N6 (Nated certificate) Mechanical Engineering certificate with 4 subjects passed in either of the following
- Mathematics, Mechanotechnics, Mechanical Drawing and Design, Power Machines, Fluid Mechanics, Physics, Strength of Materials, Supervisory Management.
Or
- A National Senior Certificate (NSC) from the South African governmental school system, known as the current matriculation (matric) certificate with grade 12 as the matriculation grade, plus an NCV Level 4, qualification offered at TVET colleges, which includes subjects passed in Engineering Process, Professional Engineering Practice, Applied Engineering Technology, Automotive Repair & Maintenance, Mathematics, English First Language and Life Skills and Computer Literacy

- An NCV Level 4, a qualification offered at TVET colleges, which includes subjects passed in Engineering Process, Professional Engineering Practice, Applied Engineering Technology, Automotive Repair & Maintenance, Mathematics, English First Language and Life Skills and Computer Literacy
