Job Description
This part is responsible for furnishing client service to guests in OM branches. The primary function is to help guests in navigating the digital client service platform and to help guests to submit specified deals via the digital platforms.
- Will help with managing ranges and reducing pressure on Branch staff.
- Will help guests on digitally enabled device with their requested digitally enabled sale
o furnishing reading information
o tone- service guidance
o Submission process through client’s own or branch tone- service device( where applicable
o Call centre details
Minimal Conditions
- National Senior Certificate or Equivalent NQF 4
