The Rand Refinery Commercial Graduate Programme is an 18- month development action aimed at furnishing lately graduated youth between the periods of 25-35 with the occasion to gain work experience within our company.
The programme aims to transition graduates into the professional pool by furnishing structured training, mentorship, and different work gests to develop their chops, make their careers, and prepare them to come value- adding unborn workers. The graduates will get exposure to our business value chain by interacting professionally with stakeholders across all the functional areas.
What to anticipate from the graduate programme:
- Work readiness factory designed to prepare graduates to thrive on the programme and likewise equip them with chops to explore work openings post the programme.
- The practical work experience in a niche business terrain guided by a structured development plan;
- Assignment to a tutor within the department where you’ll be placed.

Minimal Conditions
A completed matric qualification.
Must have successfully completed an Engineering NQF level 7 qualification in one of the following fields with an overall normal of 75% achieved:
- Electrical Engineering;
- Mechanical Engineering;
- Instrumentation Engineering;
- Analytical Chemistry;
- Chemical Engineering;
- Metallurgical Engineering.

Must have successfully completed at least one of the following qualifications, with an overall normal/ total of 75% achieved:
- B.Com in Supply Chain / Logistics Management; Bachelors in International Trade & Auditing and Risk Management;
- Degree in Environmental/ Diploma in Safety Management;
- Bachelors in Marketing; Bachelors of Computing / Data Science;
- BTech/ National Diploma in IT (with focus on Applications and Asset Management and Data);
- BA/B.Com or Honours Degree in Psychology;
- B.Com in Accounting / Finance.
