Minimal Conditions
To qualify for the Eduardo Construction YES Learnerships 2025, aspirants must:
- Be between the periods of 18 and 34 times
- Have been jobless for further than 6 months
- Be willing to commit to the 12- month YES Programme contract
- Hold qualifications( full or partial) in the applicable field an advantage, but not always needed
Part Responsibility
Actors will:
- Engage in diurnal tasks aligned with their specific learnership placement
- Gain exposure to plant operations and safety practices
- Learn how to apply theoretical knowledge in real- world situations
- Contribute to the success of systems within Eduardo Construction’s operations
- Develop professional work habits, including cooperation, time operation, and communication
