Core Purpose
The YES (Youth Employment Service) Programme is a business- led collaboration with government. YES seeks to reduce youth severance across private and public sectors. The end is to enable further youth to develop new chops, gain meaningful plant experience and earn a payment, which will in turn significantly ameliorate their chances of chancing long- term employment.

We’ve 2 Yes Student posts for the Thabazimbi area:
- 1 x Pupil that has completed a BTech or National Diploma in Civil Engineering;
- 1 x Pupil that are registered with the SACPCMP as a seeker Health and Safety Officer( CAN CHSO), or who has completed an NQF position 4 or 5 in Health and Safety courses with accredited service providers similar as Shemtrack, Samtrack, Oxbridge, etc.

We require the following Yes Student for our Lephalale Site:
- 1 x Student that has completed a BTech or National Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Conditions
In addition to the below conditions, we will also consider the following in our selection of campaigners:
- You’re a South African Citizen (must be born in South Africa).
- You’re progressed between 18 to 35.
- You’re jobless and available to be employed on a 12- month Fixed Term contract.
- You aren’t a former YES devisee.
- Must be PC knowledgeable.
- You have the aspiration to learn new chops related to your applicable field.
- You’re a responsible and honest person.
