About the In- Service Training Programme

The In- Service Training Programme is designed to give scholars with real- world plant exposure in various fields of study. The training aligns with the theoretical knowledge acquired during their academic studies, bridging the gap between proposition and practice.

• Sanpc Refinery: 2 positions available

These positions are open to scholars who have completed their N6 theoretical studies in a variety of fields and need practical experience to complete their qualifications. The occasion provides hands- on experience in a dynamic energy sector terrain.

Needed Qualifications and Experience

Aspirants must meet the following criteria:

Matric Certificate and an N6 qualification in one of the following fields:

• HR Management
• Public Administration
• Business Management
• Supply Chain
• Logistics
• Financial Management
• Chemical Engineering
• Civil Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• A letter from the institution attesting the completion of theoretical studies and the demand for in- service training.
• Aspirants must be between the periods of 16 and 25
• Must be a South African citizen
• No previous registration in any other externship or in- service training programme.

Wanted fresh Chops and capabilities:

While not obligatory, campaigners with the following chops will be considered profitable

• Strong attention to detail
• The capability to learn snappily and multitask
• Excellent communication chops
