Join Our Team as a Talent & Culture Intern (Fixed Term Contract -12 Months) at KFC Rohloff Group! Are you passionate about working with people and eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources?

Join our fast-paced and dynamic Talent & Culture Department, where you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and acting as a liaison for our restaurant teams. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, enjoys working with people, and has a sharp eye for detail

What You’ll Be Cooking Up:

  • Administrative Duties
  • Process terminations and update tracker sheets.
  • Manage GEM and SSAM portals.
  • Handle Talent & Culture queries.
  • Complete and submit ISM forms.
  • Capture Stat- and IOD leave.
  • Onboarding
  • Conduct background checks.
  • Verify onboarding packs.
  • Capture new employee information on PaySpace.
  • Recruitment & Development
  • Draft offers and contracts.
  • Liaise with departments for external appointments.
  • Manage the Assessment and Development process.
  • Benefits Administration
  • Administer provident fund data.
  • Process withdrawal and retirement claims.
  • Handle benefit-related documents and queries.
  • The Vault (Online Learning System)
  • Record keeping and follow-up on e-learning courses.
  • Generate analytics reports.
  • Provide technical support.
  • Certification Management
  • Check completion of e-learning courses.
  • Complete internal certification process.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent, with HR Administration/Management qualification.
