Minimum Qualifications
- A recognized B Degree or National Diploma in:
- Financial Management
- Accounting
- Economics
- Finance
- Auditing
- At least one of the above as a subject
- Age between 21 and 25 years

- Assisting the Chief Financial Officer directly
- Implementing GRAP (Generally Recognized Accounting Practice)
- Supporting Treasury Budget Reform Program
- Developing statistical reporting tools and electronic data systems
- Involvement in:
- Risk management
- Performance Management Systems (PMS)
- Auditing
- Performing general financial duties as assigned
