Gert Sibande TVET College is offering a fantastic opportunity for young, unemployed graduates to join their Internship Programmes. These one-year contract positions are aimed at giving graduates practical experience in their respective trades, ultimately improving their chances of securing permanent employment.
Internship Vacancies Available:
- Electrician Interns (x3)
- Reference Number: GSC08/2025
- Carpenter Interns (x2)
- Reference Number: GSC09/2025
- Welder Intern
- Reference Number: GSC10/2025
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification: Trade Test Certificate in Electrician, Carpenter, or Welder
- Age Restriction: 18 to 35 years old
- Competencies:
- Good management skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Report writing skills
- A valid driver’s license (advantageous)
Allowance:
Interns will receive a monthly allowance of R6,000.00.
This internship programme provides hands-on training to gain essential workplace skills, making it an ideal stepping stone to further career opportunities.

- A comprehensive CV with at least two contactable references
- Certified copies of qualifications, academic records, ID document, and valid driver’s license (if required)
