Key Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent, along with a Secretarial Diploma or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: At least three (3) years of experience providing administrative support to senior management, including experience in compiling meeting agendas and taking minutes during strategic meetings.
- Skills Needed:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal and telephone etiquette skills
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Conceptual thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Planning and organizational prowess
- Analytical thinking for document analysis
- Financial administration knowledge
- Valid driver’s license (recommended)
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Offering administrative support to senior officials
- Managing meeting agendas and taking detailed minutes
- Coordinating local and international travel with the Commission
- Engaging with stakeholders at different levels and backgrounds
