Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Finance Qualification (BCom Degree or equivalent)

Job Responsibilities:

1. JDE System Processing:
   • Management of expense payments via the JDE system.
2. Accounts Payable:
   • Investigate and resolve accounts payable issues when necessary.
3. Supplier Reconciliation:
   • Conduct monthly reconciliations of suppliers’ accounts.
4. Fixed Asset Management:
   • Update the fixed asset register on the JDE system and process depreciation journals.
   • Reconcile fixed assets.
5. Credit Card Administration:
   • Manage company credit card-related tasks and ensure monthly reconciliation of Visa Spend System to the General Ledger (JDE system).
6. Fleet Card Administration:
   • Handle new applications, cancellations, and amendments for fleet cards.
7. Accrual Management:
   • Prepare a monthly accrual schedule.
8. Quarterly Submissions:
   • Manage submissions to the Reserve Bank and SASRIA on a quarterly basis.
9. Ad Hoc Projects:
   • Participate in various projects as assigned.
